During the Vietnam War, more than 50 five-ton trucks were modified to combat the jungles and terrain of Vietnam. These gun trucks were loaded with two M60s, two .50 Caliber machine guns and a mini gun. The WWII Victory Museum is host to the recreated "Wild Thing." The truck is located in the museum's Post War gallery, except for the majority of the summer while it is used in several parades.
