What forms of payment do you accept?

For rentals, we accept cash or check.

Do I have to rent tables and chairs or do you provide them?

We have tables and chairs available, but quantities are first come first serve basis

When is my final payment due?

Your estimated bill payment is due 60 days prior to your event, and based upon your estimated guest count.

Any additions will be billed after the event.

Is a deposit required to hold my date?

Yes, a deposit is required to confirm your requested event date at the time of the contract signing.

What if I cancel my event, is my deposit refundable?

Events may be cancelled, but you will lose your deposit. You may however apply your deposit towards a new date and time in the future.

Is my deposit applied to my final bill?

Yes, your deposit is deducted from your final bill


Elevate the level of your meeting in this small meeting space. This is located right in the Automotive &Carriage Museum. Will accommodate 48 guests banquet style. (this space is not handicap accessible)

Cost: $200.00 (4 hour rental) Additional hours negotiable. discounts available for Monday-Friday 9am-5pm rentals.

The Rotunda

 Our most popular space! This includes 20,000 sq. feet of elegant reception space. Within the draping there contains lighting for the most romantic setting. The rental is for 4 hours.  This space is able to accommodate up to 900 guests. 

Admission to the museum is  included for first two hours of rental time.  

The Rotunda is Available for trade shows and expos if needed. Please contact for pricing due to changes with seasons.

Kruse Hall

Our largest space with 30,000 sq. feet can host 1,350 people and tables banquet style. This hall contains a private parking lot with several entrances to the facility. This is ideal for large company picnics due to the available 12’ overhead doors for unloading.

 This space can accommodate up to 75 guests banquet style. Great for a small meeting or a family function! Other services offered are set up and teardown, equipment rental, catering, and bar service.

General's Quarters

With 2,144 sq. feet. This room is similar to the theaters but can acquire 150 guests with banquet style seating. 

Cost: $400.00 (4 hour rental) Additional hours available.
Discounts available for Monday-Friday 9-5 rentals.  (pictured below)

North & South Theaters

 These rooms are great for company meetings or a small reception. Rooms are equipped with LCD projector, DVD player and screen. These rooms are secluded from basic visitors and can accommodate 100 guest banquet style.

Cost: $300.00 (4 hour rental) Additional hours available.
